My friend & I had the pleasure to stay here for 2 nights. The location is easily located, around 10 mins from the Fort William Train Station. We booked a room with private toilet, although the toilet is outside the room, the toilet is pretty spacious. The room is clean complete with kettle and tea sets. The bed is comfortable and the heater is working amazingly in this cold weather. The staffs are friendly and helpful! Will definitely come to Fort William again and looking forward to stay with you on the next visit.

A warm place in the middle of Fort William

Great choice
A great choice for travelers looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to local attractions. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Fort William. The bathroom was functional and clean, but the pipe noise was noticeably loud when in use. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it might be disruptive for light sleepers or those sensitive to sound.

Good value for a family of 4 adults
Lodging in Fort William is rather expensive and luckily found Bank Street Lodge that has reasonable priced room for 4 of us. Short walk to the train station and eateries. 2 feedbacks - the toilet flushing not working very well and the floor creaks when walked on. Just worried we may disturbed the guests downstairs.

还不错
在大风大雨中来到威廉堡，有一处遮蔽风雨的地方让人感到非常温暖。酒店设施还不错，浴室比较新，就是淋浴间很小，很容易撞到，外面的木饰板有点旧了。内部没有电梯，拖着行李箱上上下下挺累的。房间香味有点浓，到达的时候开窗散了点味道
