Not recommended! Worst Experience! Pag kaopen palang nang door alam mo na madumi yung unit! Ang baho Amoy molds, kulob. Yung lagayan ng plates basa basa pa and yung lamesa malagkit. Pinaka worst is yung Unan Amoy pawis, laway halatang Hindi pinalitan and yung Kumot is may mga buhok pa bsl. Also, Wala silang provided na tissues, soap & towels. Then I asked if merong malapit na Store na mabibilhan ng Shampoo and They offer me a Guest kit worth 50 Pesos and then towel, if want ko daw magrent. In the first place dapat Meron silang ganon Kasi even motels or cheap INN is nagpprovide sila ng mga hygiene kit. Mabait yung staff & madali kausap pero Hindi talaga ok Yung pag stay namin. Hindi ka na uulit.

We had a pleasant stay at Summer10th Pinesuites and would still recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful staycation. The location is very convenient—it’s easily accessible by tricycle and is close to malls, bus terminals, and the downtown area, making it a great base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter environment. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. While we understand that the unit has a strict no-cooking policy, we brought food from outside and expected basic eating utensils to be available, especially since they were indicated in the listing before we booked. Unfortunately, there were no utensils in the unit during our stay. The water heater also wasn’t working despite several attempts to turn it off and back on, and it was another amenity listed in the booking details. We appreciate the host for responding to our concerns. Although some of our queries went unanswered, we understand that he may have had a busy schedule. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and believe the experience would have been even better if the listed amenities had been available and fully functional. Despite these minor inconveniences, we’d still recommend Summer10th Pinesuites to anyone looking for a relaxing staycation away from the noise and hustle of the city.

Self Check-in is ok, AC and Kitchenware and location are OK. Room/Comfort room are not properly clean when we checked -in there is also a garbage from previous guests. Incomplete kitchen utensils (e.g no coffee cup) Broken cabinet in CR, Toilet Bowl are moving not properly fixed. No shower curtain. Heater not working Hair blower not working

I recommend this place if u want peace, and want to enjoy nature.And most, if u love walking and jogging😀.Giving me a highlands vibe.

Had a great time staying at Pinesuit. The overall appearance of the place is really nice and clean. Although, the studio type where we stayed was small but it was cozy enough to sleep in. The best thing there is the heater because the weather was really cold, we didn't even tried taking a dip in the pool. But hopefully we can Next time. And yeah the pool was a bit oily i don't know why. I hope the caretaker could clean that up.
