Good facilities, huge space, just location abit far away from town. Owner takes time to response. Checkout time written 12pm, but owner emailed me check out time is 11am on 1am the previous night. Messaged owner and owner replied at 11am that we can checked out at 12pm. Abit rush, but overall the stay is fine. Living room has no air cond but it's still cool at night.

Nice homestay in batu pahat

Stay here for one night with my family. The staff is super responsive, friendly and helpful. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms. The house has two storeys, didnt expect that at first.

Need improvements

A. There is no mirror in the rooms. Ladies need to apply make up etc. B. Both rooms with adjacent toilets experienced noisy Water knocking noise from the water supply. C. No wardrobe in twin rooms, unable to hand clothing.

Spacious, Comfy & Value for stay.

As above said, there is nice big place to stay, very suitable for group people. Near the town centre easily to find eater place nearby. Responsive host and clear guidelines to check in. The downside is the living room without air-conditioned even there is few fans provided but during summer season with many people definitely feel like oven. The free mineral did help to cool down🤣. The shower towel can improve more better quality (water absorption)
