Property was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive immediately to any issues we had.

The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing stay.

We booked this room through Agoda while traveling in advance as it was hot outside and didn’t wanted to stay without ac. I paid for the best room available in Agoda and when I reached the property there was no ac or anything which was mentioned in Agoda. We complained the moment we saw room and reception boy said he will tell manager and after 1 hour when I asked again manager said they just have 3 ac rooms which are already booked and nothing can be done. We couldn’t sleep and checkout within 30 minutes still no money was refunded. Also the hallways had no light and looked like haunted house, rooms bathroom nothing was clean. Even a 500 Rs local lodge is way cleaner.

Room was a big one but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and room was not also cleaned properly. There were broken furnitures. There were mushrooms growing in the corner of the rooms from the plywood. I don't know how did they not see that while cleaning.

A Stay to forget: My friend and I recently spent four nights for a meeting, and I must say, it was a truly terrible experience. While there were a few minor positives, the negatives far outweighed them, making for an incredibly uncomfortable stay. The only real upside to this hotel is its prime location. Situated right on the main road, it's incredibly easy to access, and all essential facilities like banks, hospitals, ATMs, and restaurants are conveniently nearby. The check-in process was also surprisingly smooth. We'd read reviews about requests for extra money during check-in, but thankfully, we didn't encounter that issue. And that's pretty much where the positive experience ended. The Real Adventure Begins... From the moment we left the reception, the "adventure" truly began: * Haunted Hallways: The corridor leading to our room felt less like a hotel and more like a haunted house. The overpowering smell of cigarette smoke was pervasive. (Though, to their credit, a staff member did escort us to the room, so at least we weren't left to brave the "haunted" halls alone the first time!) * Broken Beyond Repair: Our room was spacious, but the furniture was in an abysmal state, almost entirely broken. We were genuinely concerned we'd be held responsible for the damage upon checkout. My advice? Take timestamped photos with the room boy present to avoid any false accusations. * The AC Nightmare: Forget the "gimmicks" of modern hotels; this room offered a unique challenge: the air conditioning. It sounded like a bus engine perpetually idling, and despite being set to 16°C, the room often felt warm. To make matters worse, there was no remote. When we inquired, the receptionist casually informed us someone had broken it and suggested either he'd come up to adjust it himself, or we could use our mobile phones as a remote, or simply rely on the on/off switch. So, if you need to adjust the temperature, be prepared for a disruptive routine of waking up, turning it on/off, and trying to go back to sleep. * Breakfast Mirage: Agoda promised breakfast, but across all four mornings, we didn't receive a single meal, nor did anyone even inquire about it. (To be fair, we were out by 7 AM and returned by 5 PM, so perhaps that was a factor, but it was still disappointing.) * A Bathroom Beyond Description: Last, but certainly not least, the bathroom. Honestly, there's not much to say beyond "filthy." It was incredibly unhygienic and left us with a distinct feeling of discomfort. # Final Thoughts If you're a group of men on a short stay and absolutely no other hotels are available for your purpose (as was our unfortunate situation), you might consider this hotel. However, if you're traveling with family or children, I strongly advise you to avoid it until they make significant improvements to their facilities and overall attitude. They truly need to take feedback like this positively and make some drastic changes.
