PROS: - strong water pressure, hot and cold running water - reliable air conditioning - very accessible location, close to restaurants and fast food shops - wifi - comfortable bed CONS: - has a tv but doesn’t work, only shows 1 tagalog channel with very, very grainy gray image. Remote has a button for youtube but it doesn’t work with the tv - has a microwave but doesn’t work, plug is a different shape from outlet and has no adaptor so you cannot plug it in - refrigerator leaks - no amenities whatsoever except for bath towels upon request. Had to buy all bath amenities including toilet paper - very dusty drapes and old wood cabinets look worn and run-down - broken hangers - wifi is often spotty The ONE saving grace for this property was the caretaker, John. Give this man a raise! He is amiable, courteous, and very responsive. Verdict: Not my #1 choice for comfort but would still stay here short term because it’s cheap and accessible. Just don’t expect too much and manage your expectations

I like the place. There are nearby fastfood and convenience store. The US embassy is just few steps away from the place. The owner of the unit is very responsive.

So grateful because the unit doesn’t have any pest at all unlike the others. It’s just a bit hard for cooking because there’s no hood

Deceiving. Received confirmation for guest counts however, issues occured during the check in period. Have to pay extra to accommodate. Advisable if the host reject the proposal rather than accept it and to our surprised have to adjust.
