Service and facility were great. Food was a bit pricey, but otherwise great. There are also other food options in the area.

Dear Besaga Resort Management, My wife and I stayed at your resort for four days, and while we appreciated the accommodating staff and the quality of the food, we experienced several issues that made our stay stressful and disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a large dog named Porter. The dog was not tied up, barked aggressively, and appeared ready to bite. My wife, who has a phobia of dogs, was extremely frightened. Although staff assured us the dog was friendly, there was no way for us to feel safe given its behavior. The following day, we were again chased by the dog, which left us anxious and unable to relax. Allowing an untied dog to roam freely inside the resort accommodation is unsafe, especially for guests unfamiliar with handling such animals. Because of this, my wife was afraid to leave our room at night to enjoy the beachfront, fearing the dog might be nearby. This greatly affected our ability to enjoy our vacation. I urge you to consider that not all guests are comfortable around dogs, and safety should be prioritized. What if a guest were bitten? With no hospital nearby, this could become a serious issue. In addition, the room itself needs improvement. The cabinets are old, the door locks are damaged and could easily be forced open, and the air-conditioning unit is too small for the size of the garden room, taking a long time to cool. While the food was delicious and the staff were kind, overall, the experience did not feel worth the amount we paid for our four-day stay. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and make improvements, both for guest safety and comfort.

The resort was in a good location away from the party noises. Rooms are ideal for families or big groups. Staff were all very friendly and super accommodating!

The room near the beach is generally clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The food offered is delicious, which enhances the overall experience. However, the downside is the air conditioning, which may not be ideal to ask the staff to have it turn on everytime.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! They have a room that could accommodate 6 people with 2 double beds and 1 double deck. I have two cents on the accoms though. One, the double beds are smaller than the standard size and two, the water supply for bathing isn’t clear. Not sure if it’s just the water hardness. The inn has a cafe and they have generous servings. Please see the photos for reference ☺️
