I stayed at family room. My room number 628 was really great, with a balcony and pool view. You will having self check in which really easy and smooth. No need to prepare for the deposit payment. The best part is you will feel like you're just at home not in the hotel. The location just 1km to Pantai Teluk Cempedak and near to the Kuantan City as well. The access of the grab food also a lot. for sure will repeat again. The staff was really fast response to any inquiries.

Generally a new establishment; and they are ironing out some kinks. But would give top marks for amazing hosts here, they show up very often to manage the facility and put up decorations and I think there's alot of personal touch here which I appreciate :> amazing value for money for price paid; but as they just started not long ago; there's quite a lot of noises or work sounds idkk and one night while I was in the shower the water ran out on me; this is the first time I've experienced this in any hotel/ homestay establishment x.x. but I believe in maybe a month when they have fixed the issues this might well be the most amazing homestay in kuantan. 10/10 for price paid just rmb to test the water in case when you use.

Needed accomodation near my sis' condo and booked here last minute. It's a bungalow house with many rooms, communal living room and kitchen. Our room is more expensive because of the direct pool access, and it feels more spacious because of this. Overall plc is very maintained and clean! Big toilet (no bathtub) with basic amenities. What's lacking in terms of amenities could be some coffee/ tea bags like most airbnb would provide. It's ok for a night stay but if for more days, I would have opted for a condo (whole space to us) for a cheaper price but further in town. The host communicated via whatsapp - which is ok, overloaded with instructions.

A nice place within walking distance of the golf club and the beach, but too far from the town of Kuantan to walk it. Rather than use the simple technology of the key, Contour have installed key fob 'smart' locks - which just aren't smart at all. Five times I had to call on the on site caretaker to get me into my room. Needless to say, when other guests arrived - there was the ping, ping, ping of failed entry... The caretaker was called again. Look - if there's a special technique to use this stuff - guests should be told what it is. The caretaker struggled on occasion to get the system to walk. Some instructions would be useful. Are there PIN numbers or not? I'd also ignore any requests not to wear slippers inside / outside the property. The polished concrete floors are pretty lethal when wet - which I discovered by going flying in bare feet - my glasses landing fifteen feet away. All that said, it's a nice place. Good pool. Nice clean rooms, TV with YouTube/netflix etc. The shower is also rather complicated (!), but is warm and high pressure enough. Communal fridge, kitchen, kettle, crockery etc. No tea/coffee/sugar etc. supplied. Nice outdoor furniture. Excellent WiFi in and out of rooms. About RM8-12 for a Grab into town. No nearby shops as far as I could tell. The caretaker does a pretty good job of keeping the place clean, maintaining the garden and pool. I've docked a couple of facilities points for the awkward key system and nearly breaking bones on the wet shiny concrete.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and there’s a small pool at the back of the house. Check-in was easy and smooth. Can only park one car inside. However, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing and could definitely be improved.
