Villa Diamond Hills

Very disappointing experience. The supervisor displayed poor manners and was not helpful. The check-in and check-out process was not smooth and felt disorganized. The bed sheets were not changed, and the room cleanliness was unacceptable. The TV and water heater were not functioning, and the air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted. Additionally, there were numerous lizard droppings in the room, indicating poor maintenance.
