Stayed for 3N4D during weekend on school holiday season, my take is as below. PROs: - kids friendly in terms of facility - huge parking area - big lobby - nice view of both sides of the hotel - big pool(s) - food is okay - soundproof is fine CONs: - too dark on the lift area in ground floor - too dark on the aisles for each floors - happened once that my room pass cannot be used and I had to went down to the receptionist to update it - for the hotel with a very strong kids friendly branding, many guests were smoking in the swimming pool area which is super annoying, I don't know if it's allowed, but maybe it is, because the staff didn't bother - 2 times that they ran out of pool towels?? The officer responsible for the pool towel asked me to wait 3-5 minutes but it just did not come even until 30 minutes. I went to the receptionist and they help me to get it immediately. It happened twice with the same pattern, I just can't believe it. - I was staying for 3N4D, on the second day, I set the 'Do Not Disturb' mode as I don't see the need of cleaning my room on that day. Surprisingly they texted us on 11AM to confirm about the room make up, and we answered no, we don't need the room to be cleaned today. On the next day, which is the 3rd day, we set the 'Please make up the room' mode on 7AM during breakfast time and we were not in the room until 10AM. They did not clean up the room. Okay, maybe too early. And then I left my room on 11AM until 2PM, when I came back, they still have not clean the room.. a very different approach than yesterday, confusingly. - knowing that my room was not getting the clean up service, we contacted the receptionist to just change my towel. After an hour of waiting, they have not delivered the towel just yet. My wife contacted them again but now with a high tone. Less than 10 minutes, they delivered the towel. After everything that happened, on that night, they sent us a complementary which is a plate of fruits. A nice gesture but I hope the hotel can improved their service because I can see that this hotel has so many potentials.

Though we had to wait for our room to be arranged as we requested, but the stay was incredibly memorable. The room was neat, clean, and fresh. The facilities were complete and well functioned. The room boy and the securities were very warm and helpful.

Nice view & pool, fun activities for children, clean room and other facilities, more important one is all staff are friendly and responsive
