+ points: 1. Great location - 10-15min walk from city centre. Bus stop just right outside the hotel. Along the river which makes it a good spot to catch aurora. 2. Strong wifi signal 3. Great breakfast in terms of quality/ taste and variety. Service crew at the restaurant was friendly and provided very good service. - points: 1. Booked a double bed but was given a twin-bedded room. 2. There was no kettle / water boiler in the room to make hot tea or coffee. We were told that we needed to pay a fee to loan one. My very first experience encountered this.

The hotel is extremely convenient, located right in the main city center and within walking distance of many restaurants. It is also just a 3-minute walk to the tourist information centre, which is the pickup point for several tours, very helpful when traveling. We stayed in a family room, and it was a really pleasant experience. The bunk bed was a great touch and worked perfectly for our family, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only downside was that the breakfast menu was the same every day, which can feel a bit repetitive for longer stays. Overall, a nice, comfortable stay in a very convenient location, especially for families.

Although the hotel appeared a little dated, service, location, and quality of food were great. We really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast here. Thank you
