갠지스 강변의 샨티 네이처큐어

Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Ganga from our room. The check-in process was smooth. However, the receptionist mentioned that the hotel has a private ghat and a private Ganga Aarti, but we were unable to find or experience either during our stay. We also requested an extra bed several times, but no one came to set it up. Eventually, I had to go to the lobby and personally bring a staff member back with me to arrange it. The receptionist was always smiling and polite, but the service lacked follow-through and a genuine customer-service mindset. Better communication and prompt action would have made the overall experience much better.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff were good and helpful. Food was homely. It is right beside the Ganges river. Can go for peaceful walk beside Ganges and it is near to Triveni Ghat. The main ashrams are little far, need to take auto or cab. But if you need to have peaceful stay beside the Ganges then this is the place

Good Point ・ガンジス川のほとりで歩道での散歩を楽しめる ・スタッフの皆さんの対応は丁寧で親切 ・全体的に施設・部屋は（後述の古さのわりに）かなり清潔に保たれている。 Negative Point ・口コミのロケーションで高い評価を得ているが、このエリアはあまり外国人の観光客向けではない。主要な観光エリアから離れており、近くにいい感じのカフェやレストランがあまりない。 ・建物は全体的にかなり古い。特にシャワーの温水がギザタイプであるのは、この価格帯のホテルとしては致命的。しかも滞在中故障なのかお湯がでてこなかった（夏なので我慢できたが冬場とかだと致命的） 総じてローカル向けのホテルで全体の品質のわりに少し価格が高い。ただ上述のとおりホスピタリティは高く、インドの家庭的な旅行を経験してみたいのであればありかもしれない

The property offers an exceptional location with easy access to visit key spots . Clean surroundings and attentive staffs. Well maintained facilities. Convenient parking. Breakfast , lunch n dinner was satisfying , contributing to a restful experience overall. The value for money is good, making this a wonderful choice for a serene staying.
