Overall were good the staff very helpful and it quite new hotel. Location in town almost close to everything except the way to the hotel very narrow for a car and very hard to notice. very tin wall and rain shower very weak

Free coffee/tea in morning. Parking is a bit less. Got good noodle soup in front of hotel.

The staff consistently displays a high level of friendliness and is consistently helpful. The room was tidy and pleasant. While the location is somewhat distant from the clock tower, it remains convenient for accessing tourist attractions, as motorcycle taxi services are readily available in the vicinity.

I booked this based on glowing reviews and honestly wish someone had given a more balanced picture — so here's mine. The positives are real: the staff is genuinely lovely, the room is new and clean, and free unlimited bottled water at reception is a nice touch. But if you're hoping for rest, this might not be your place. 🔊 Noise — My room was near the elevator and I could hear full conversations from groups passing by. Outside, what sounded like night construction added to the mix. Light sleepers, take note. 💡 Light — The TV standby light sits directly in the center sightline from the bed, and the blinds (no blackout curtains) let in a surprising amount of outside light at night. 🚿 Bathroom privacy — The glass door is frosted but very transparent, has a noticeable gap, swings in and out, and has no lock. Not ideal if you're sharing with anyone, and sound carries easily. 📍 Location — It's not on the main street. You'll walk through a narrow alley past a large metal factory to get there. Fine during the day, but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that alone at night — especially as a female solo traveler. Great for a quick overnight stop if you're not fussy about sleep. For a proper rest or a solo trip where comfort and safety matter, I'd look elsewhere. Hope this helps someone make a more informed choice than I did! 🙂
