Positive: The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. The air-conditioning worked well, and there were enough beds for everyone. The living room has a simple, minimalist setup, and the porch can fit up to three cars. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities such as a barber, coffee shop, KFC, petrol station, salon, laundromat, and minimart. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness needs attention. All the room doors are quite worn and peeling. The floors were dusty, and the washing machine filter appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time, with visible dirt and mould. The kitchen floor paint is peeling, which contributes to the living room getting dirty easily. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, likely due to an unorganised storage room. The porch was also very dirty upon arrival. Overall Experience: As a host, basic cleanliness and maintenance should be prioritised when preparing for guests. This is especially important for families with young children, our crawling infants were unable to crawl comfortably due to the dusty floors. Additionally, we experienced inconvenience with parking, as neighbours were hosting an event and cars were parked outside the gate. We had to approach them ourselves and wait for about 10 minutes before being able to leave. Overall, while the house has good space and location, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience
