One of the reasonable option to stay Wrocław. I do recommend it, aspecially for longer stays.

My stay was disappointing. The building, with around 100 rooms/apartments, had no visible physical security. The Wi-Fi, which was advertised as an amenity, was unavailable for an entire day and night. When I reported the issue, staff were unable to help or even restart the router or contact someone who could. Other guests I spoke to also confirmed the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The room itself was generally clean, but there were several problems: the shampoo bottle was empty, the TV didn't work, and the air conditioning cooling mode was disabled. With outdoor temperatures around 37°C, the room reached 31°C, making it very uncomfortable. Overall, the staff seemed friendly but had very limited authority to resolve even basic issues. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the lack of basic amenities and the inability to address these problems made for a poor experience. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend this property.

I stayed here for one night, but I think this place is even better suited for longer stays. Access is completely keyless. You receive one code for the main entrance and another for your apartment, so there are no physical keys to carry around or return. The apartment had everything I needed: a toilet, shower, microwave, fridge, stove, TV, table, wardrobe, as well as several cups and plates. Everything looked relatively new and well maintained. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can buy breakfast, which is also advertised in the information sheet provided in the apartment. If you prefer to prepare your own meals, there is a Lidl almost next door, along with several other shops and places to eat nearby. One thing I especially appreciated was how easy the checkout process was. You simply hang the provided checkout card on the apartment door (or you can call the administrator to let them know you're leaving... but why todo that?). The location is also convenient. It's about a 30-minute walk from both the central bus station (located in the Wroclavia shopping mall) and the main railway station, so it's easy to reach on foot without needing public transport. The only thing that could be improved is contacting admin (f.e. for the check-in) over phone line. When I called the administrator, the automatic phone menu was available only in Polish. If you don't understand Polish, it can be a little confusing at first and makes it unclear what you should do next.

New and very clean building. A bit out of town at the end of the Gaj tramline. There is a Lidl a few minutes away. The single room was well equipped and spacious but with a very narrow bed. PIN codes are used to access the building and the room itself. No keys. The entrance sign said to use the codes provided by email, but I had not received this. Luckily there was a reception in a separate building nearby, but this was not signposted and only found with the help of fellow guests. I think this process could be improved. There was some building work going on during my stay, fine but the drilling started before 8am on Saturday morning.
