The host are easy to deal with, they create temporary W/A group to give the instruction on how to get the access card and parking card. Cosy and comfortable place with superb facilities (water filter, washing machine, fridge ,wifi, android tv, games console and steam iron) Things to improve : 1. Please provide mirror for us to get dress, there is no mirror at bedroom or hall, we have to use the bathroom mirror 2. Please provide more hanger and place to hang our cloth

Spectacular ocean view, perfect for a relaxing trip. Fully furnished but some are broken down and some surfaces fully covered with dust. Bathtub is clogged on first day, owner promptly sent technician next day to fix. Fast response! Hope the owner can upkeep and focus more on maintenance as this is one of the best view unit in building

Our family truly enjoyed the stay here. City view + sea view combination + high floor + central location + good swimming facility. There's bar and bistro on the top floor. The unit is very well maintained. There's water filter/dispenser with hot/cold options. There's a washing machine, it's very clean and new, though we didn't use it. Really there's nothing to complain about. Thanks for setting up the dining table to welcome us. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Melaka!

Very clean and comfort. We stay for 4 days. Here Got 3 room. Room 1 got 2 double bed, room 2 got 1 double bed and room 3 got 1 bunk bed. Got 3 toilet too. Occupied with fridge and washing machine too. Can cook also owner provide cooking utensil and electric stove. Swimming pool and gym at level 13

Nice staycation with elderly , I'm very satisfied with their preparation and accommodation. Will come again with my others family members
