My second time staying in Millerz Square but by a different operator. Love the facilities and shop around the area. A bit far from city centre but there are good malls nearby. The house is nice, beds, washing machine and dryer, TV are all nice. What I am disappointed about is the smell from the 2nd bathroom. It is so bad to the point that it is unbearable, have to buy our own air freshener to make it smell better but still very smelly up until our last day there. The balcony is nice and very big but keep in mind, neighbours will throw rubbish sometimes which is very unpleasant. The door lock also had a problem not closing properly (glitching) but most of the time it works so it's alright. There are wallpaper peeling around the house but I don't really mind since that's just aesthetic. Nonetheless, the stay is not bad for the price.

Overall a good staying experience. Just the part where we need to get to the mailbox to get the key. The guard is not allowed us to go in so we contacted our host, she said helped us to contact guard and explained the situation and replied to us guard will open for us. It’s took forever for the guard to open door for us coz he insisted don’t want to open. We’ve waited for more than 30mins end up we sneak in by follow one of the resident there while the guard was away..

Have paid the rm300 deposit way earlier, which was higher than the typical rm200. As mentioned by other review, it is also weird that the requested for personal info for all occupiers, claiming that it is a high class area with good security. However, there is no difference from other bnb upon checking in. Have stayed at better bnb too. Weird that the property is insistent on providing check in instruction 30min before the official 3pm check in time, despite several request and reason made. End up the checking in procedure was rather messed up. No parking was provided as well. Have to request separately upon check in. Room was not used for a long time so it was very dusty. No housekeeping was done despite knowing that we have already paid deposit. Room was heavily filled with mothball smell. Have to request for them to bring in their housekeeping team to clean up the place first. Location is good though. Facilities are limited as it is confined to individual block.

Good location, clean room, the only hustle would be the check in process, not advisable to take this host if you are sensitive towards on your personal identity exposure
