Booked an AC room through Agoda with confirmed booking, but when I reached the hotel they said no rooms were available and asked me to come later. In the evening they refused to provide the AC room and clearly said that because I booked the room at a discounted price, they would not give the proper room. Very unprofessional staff, misleading service, poor management and waste of time. Facilities were completely different from what was promised online. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fake AC Room & Worst Experience
Booked an AC room through Agoda with confirmed booking, but when I reached the hotel they said no rooms were available and asked me to come later. In the evening they refused to provide the AC room and clearly said that because I booked the room at a discounted price, they would not give the proper room. Very unprofessional staff, misleading service, poor management and waste of time. Facilities were completely different from what was promised online. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible guy that was working there, very rude. Bed had so many hairs, when i told this staff member he simply picked a few off and itdicated its okay now (it was not, still full of hair!) And walked away
