Overall, our stay at the resort was good. The food was delicious, the room service was prompt, and the location was beautiful and peaceful. However, the room allocation was disappointing. Our room was next to a group of guests who were sitting outside their rooms drinking alcohol, smoking, shouting, and making a lot of noise. Because of this, we couldn’t sit outside our room or enjoy the natural surroundings with our family. The whole purpose of staying at a nature resort is to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment, but unfortunately, that experience was spoiled due to poor room allocation. I hope the management considers assigning family guests to a separate, quieter area in the future.

There is no internet available in the property which should be immediately arranged. No mobile signal. There is no TV in the room also. These has to be looked into
