The room was not as clean as it should have been. The toilet was dirty and not working properly. When we reported it, they accused us of informing them late because we had checked in hours before. This was true, but we had just checked in and left immediately to enjoy the day. They only provided shower towels—there were no hand towels, hand soap, or shampoo. They also only gave us one toilet paper roll each time we asked. Their attitude was not nice at all.
