I booked an Airbnb for the 1st in Agoda, i been using this app & been so loyal for quite a while.. But this 1 was terrible, 1. We arrived late indicating the exwct time at 8pm. ( No host wqs waiting for US at the property itself.) 2. In attached picture i was texting & calling the host before we arrive but NO answer nor Reply. 3. Upon arriving to the property with the help of the security personnel in the subdivision opening the Lock Box as instructed NO keys was left for US to open. We are very frustrated since i have 3 seniors with me & kids & we came for a long travel. AT 10pm we are still looking for a place to stay tired & hungry!
