Hotel is not clean. No lift as mentioned on agoda. Few rooms have AC few don't

Little bit issues, but they rectified when highlighted. Good Staff.

Fantastic

1. The hotel is an extremely congested and messy area and the long pedestrian path to the hotel entrance was just about 3 feet wide with messy flooring. It was unbelievable that Agoda would offer such a place. 2. The paid-up breakfast was like a joke. There is no breakfast place. They order the breakfast from a vendor with the only choice being Puri sabji (which was salty and we could not eat it) or a single bun (burnt black at many places while toasting (I guess, on a tava) with butter! Tea was available for breakfast but coffee was not. My wife does take tea, like many, and so had to go without coffee on both days that we stayed there. 3. There was no hot water geyser or boiler in the bathroom. Instead, on demand, they used to heat water in our bucket using a 50 year old type technology of inserting an electric rod hung by an wooden stick! 4. There are no rooms on the ground floor and going up the stairs was difficult for senior citizens. 5. The door of the room (no. 202) could not be locked from inside! We had to spend time convincing and getting their person to using a screw and fixing the latch. 6. The light in the bathroom was dim (room 202). 7. Had an electric water kittle been provided with tea coffee making sachets, it would have helped a lot.

The facility was billed as a FabExpress, so we thought that it will be good in terms of amenities and location. There was however no lift and the so-called deluxe rooms were located in the third floor. Hotel location was in a small gully.
