Similipal Khairi Resort

The location is good, staff are well bhebed, food quality standard. But I felt very bad as I booked two Double Bed Deluxe AC Room for two days, but they provide me one Double Bed AC Deluxe room and one ordinary AC Double bedded room. I was very much disappointed as I paid for two Double Beded AC Delux Room to Agoda. Agoda should look into the matter.

The hotel is situated near the National park but the distance of the entrance is long. The hotel is working hard to improve the facilities. Book room after watching pictures. Only one suggestion to the Resort, kindly improve Room service and Management.

Awesome stay at pristine location

Booked Garden view deluxe AC room, 450 square feet as per Agoda app. They offered a room not more than 140 square feet, that too stinking in such a manner that you feel like puking. Changed the room after having a brawl. The room didn't stink but the toilet was horrible. Literally they had 24hours running water facility as all the taps were dripping constantly. But, the crunch is that you have to wrestle a lot to keep them on when you actually need it. There is a pool facility inside the toilet. A 8inch * 2feet pool is there inside the toilet which never dries up. The staffs are completely ignorant of hospitality. They should be trained properly prior to induction. And the most absurd thing is that we were served tea/coffee in 100ml paper cups. I have never stayed in such a hotel where to the boarder of a deluxe room Or even to the any kind of room is served with tea or coffee in paper cups. For dinner or lunch they don't give you a covered pot at least. Their conduct is completely unacceptable. They are more interested in providing one with local cars to get commission. And regarding tour to the nearby jungle they mislead the boarders. They don't arrange for the tour to the jungle though they take extra fees to make necessary arrangements. One can book tickets online by himself. But that requires to be physically verified from the Jashipur side gate. Which they don't get. Instead they start for Jashipur entrance with the passengers on board and makes one belive that it will take 3hours at least to reach there and then you cannot have the time to roam around inside the allowed zone with your hired car. Then you are informed that if you visit the nearby places then you will miss the jungle safari that you have already booked through OTDC. No one would ever want to miss that experience. So they drop you at the entry point and wait till you return. And they pick you up and drop at the hotel at around 8.30pm. They will take RS. 5000/- FOR CAR AND ANOTHER RS 750/- FOR THE PASS WHICH ACTUALLY YOU CANNOT AVAIL. They flout every norm and take the opportunity of the nearby place and its romantic charm and thus DUPE their customer. Don't want to recommend this to any of my acquaintances and dont want to have such recommendations from the app further. BEFORE HOSTING ANY PROPERTY THE APP OWNERS MUST COLLECT PROPER INFORMATION AND ALLOT BUILDING NAME AND ROOM NUMBER DURING BOOKING AND SEND THE PICTURES OF THE INSIDE VIEW OF THAT SPECIFIC ROOM AND THE TOILET INSTEAD OF POSTING ONLY THE BEST ROOM PICTURES.
