We booked this hotel and arrived and did the auto-check in. There was no option to get more than a single key card, despite us being a group of 4. The room had 2 towels. We contacted the hotel by email (there is no staff onsite) and they said additional towels could be found in a closet near our room. There were none. I let them know and they arranged for us to check into another vacant room temporarily to take that room’s towels. When I did so I confirmed that only a single key card is offered. The room was very warm and there was no way to control the temperature (turning off the heat). We emailed the hotel again but never heard back. We slept with the window open, which meant mosquitos and other insects could fly in, and the hotel wasted energy heating a room that we wanted cool. None of us slept well and we were happy to leave. I’ve stayed at automated and unstaffed hotels in the past and they worked well. This one didn’t.

무인텔인데 나름 특이하지만 조식서비스가 안돼서 좀 불편했지만 나름 깨끗하고 강의 풍경과 산세가 잘보이는 전망이 좋았다

Excellent hotel
This hotel has the best location and we got a great view of the lake. Everything was perfect. Breakfast and meals are not provided as it is unmanned so we had to arrange something on our own. Otherwise everything was very good.
