I am not a climber or hiker but the room is just like a cabin-like experience in my personal opinion. The room is very small but there is a sink in it so I can wash my hands and drink water. It is weird to go to bathroom and go back to your room to wash your hands because no sink in bathroom. There are amenities like kitchen appliances such as microwave and stovetop to cook, but I did not use. There is a rooftop window big enough for me to look far in the distance with ease. I loved the view from it! I would definitely go back if traveling solo again but it was a bit away from Zermatt. Worth the price!

Great little place

Nice clean room, shared bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Easy instructions to check in and out. Good location close to Zermatt. Would highly recommend
