We stayed overnight on a December weekend. Overall our experience was good but there are also few things that can be improved. Starting with good things - the room was spacious; the double beds when joined together was large enough for 2 adults and 2 small kids; bed was comfortable (not too soft and not too hard); AC performance was good; DTH (Sun) had lot many channels to keep the guests entertained; hot water availability was commendable (individual geyser and concealed); complementary breakfast (Idly, dosa, pongal, vada, kesari, sambar, coconut & tomato chutney + tea/coffee was good for us, sufficient to start the day (may be a juice would’ve made my kids happy); drinking water via a purifier is available in the restaurant as well as near reception which is commendable as well. Now few things that could improve - noise isolation in the room was poor (could hear noises from adjacent or above rooms as well as from corridor; bed linen and towels quality can definitely improve (while it felt clean it didn’t look the same due to its dull colour); provide tea supplies, water bottles & toilet supplies as per guest count (at least to cater to 2 pax and you definitely have the count of guests before hand); in the toilet, it will be good to have a separation for shower area by way of a glass or even a curtain to avoid other areas from getting too wet; also having a hand wash at the wash basin is recommended; lastly keep some tissues. Parking is limited. This hotel is definitely recommended due to its location in the city centre and proximity to major areas/attractions.

Transparent deal and courteous staff
A value for money deal, humble staff, great location , good connectivity. Ample food option around. Things to improve- parking, breakfast and some greens inside the room. Overall value for money.
