All Of My Life First Time I See This Type Of Very Bad Room In Hotel Not Hygiene, Not Cleanness, Very Rude Owner Behaviour. I Want To Say Agoda Pls Check The Property Photo I Sended U This Not Giving Good Impression For Agoda. Right Now I Feel Cheated My Valuable Money. Bad Bad Very Bad

Not same as they show u in those photos and the toilet was soooo dirty and the water was literally looked like drain water I mean water was black ... had a terrible experience . I will not suggest anyone to stay there

The first room allotted to us has a dysfunctional ceiling fan, not-so-good AC, and a dirty floor. The flush in the bathroom was not working, the tap in the bathroom basin was loose. Even The AC switch was in the bathroom! Wow! Also the commode was dirty. The staff cleaned it but after finding out the entire state of the room, we changed it. Even the second room had a bad ceiling fan but the AC worked. The floor was dirty so, got it cleaned. The bathroom tap had issues again. The pillow covers and bedsheet was bad. The wall had damp. Even the tap water in the bathroom was bad and foggy. I don't know why. Later I even discovered there are ticks in the room. We got bitten by them. I think I should ask for a refund for such a disgusting. Only the staff were well-mannered and good, maybe because they know how bad the state of the hotel is. I want a refund. It's disgusting.
