Even though I had a reservation, when I arrived they told me the hotel was fully booked. They didn’t even know I was coming. Then, at the last minute, they prepared a room for me — probably one that the staff had been staying in. It was unbelievably dirty, with hair all over the sheets. The whole room was filthy, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. Even though I paid for a pool view room, they gave me one facing a back alley building. Also, none of the staff spoke a single word of English. In short, don’t waste your money on this ridiculous place.

When i check out here staff don't use computer didn't check booming number And when i pay no have exchange money so i go out asking change money myself I'm non smoker have smoke in the room and have trash in pool not clean pool floor Just good location for go bus station

Not clean at all
Hotel is not clean at all and was very old. Room was very smelly. Bed is not comfortable. They gave me room without even a bar of soap. When I told them I don't like the room, they provided me with different room. But the other room was overall not clean

定房信息金额跟实际入住房间不符合
我在agoda定了三个人 付了三人房的钱备注3张床，到了只给我两张 ，我觉得agoda审核系统有问题，责任在于agoda非常不满意
