I see some bad review but I need a hotel nearby so I decided to give a try.. receptionist not Malaysian. When I open the door of my room it smell bad. I request for air freshener but not given. Triple room very tiny. 1 downlight is not working. Bed not clean and got hair on it. The only got thing is hot shower working and aircond function well.. will never stay here again in future

Last minute stay

Staff need more customer service training
We love the hotel's convenient location The room fits the price we paid But there was a RM10 extra cash I need to pay, the staff said it was because the room I booked through Agoda is no longer available, so I have to add RM10 for another slightly bigger room (which I dont really need, but given the time constraint, I went through with whatever he said). This still doesnt really make sense to me, so maybe someone from the property can explain this properly so I can understand what really happened. There was also a problem with the room key. I struggled with the key a bit, it was hard to pull out after I unlocked the door. I dont mind people correcting my fault, but a smirk from the staff wasnt really what I paid for. Other than poor customer service, the bed, the room, all are OK.
