Lom Lay Beach Front Pool Villa Chaam, Huahin

Just a few bullet points 1. When you book a two bedroom, it's really only for 2 people. They charged me extra when my daughter came for 1 night. Even though the second bedroom was completely empty. Read the fine print. 2. The swimming pool was excellent 3. The home itself is outdated. The ceiling in our bathroom was damaged 4. There is a worker there who drove us into town one day. He was great. 5. The beach is crappy and was littered with cigarette butts and empty water bottles. I didn't see 1 person cleaning the beach during our entire stay. 6. Very noisy neighbors. A child would scream at the top of her lungs for hours for 2 days straight. The parents nor the staff did anything, even after calling the office 5 times. They simply didn't care. 7. As others have stated, there is nothing around and really nothing to do but that was ok for us. 8. Wouldn't recommend this place. The pool was great and the view from the pool was nice but that was about it. Everything else was eh...

Welcomed and shown to our villa by owner. Could not get any closer to the beach. Excellent stay.

Good view and clean

The house provides great privacy and a beautiful view of the beach which is just a few steps away. The private pool is great and the seafood from the restaurant was very good and fresh.
