We stayed there 2 nights with a total of 12 members Pleasant stay Only caroms board and chess board available for kids(3/5) Lunch and dinner needs to be ordered from outside through Zomato/swiggy The breakfast they have served is fresh and tasty, (4/5) Staff service was excellent, (5/5) Rooms are spacious with balcony view . 24 hours hot water available Kids are really missed a swimming pool 18 km to Ooty (50 minutes)

A pleasant two-night family stay with beautiful views, but with some room for improvement. The Good: The property is in a great location, offering lovely hill views directly from the rooms, which were clean and perfectly suitable for our family. We were particularly impressed with the staff's responsiveness; they were quick to help when our daughter was unwell from motion sickness upon arrival. The dining area also has a wonderful ambiance. Areas for Improvement: The experience could be enhanced by improving the breakfast service. The options were limited, and key items ran out before all guests were served and were not replenished. Also, for a family stay, more convenient kitchen access is essential. We found it inconvenient that we had to depend on staff for everything, especially with a non-functional microwave. A self-service option would be a major plus.

Heavens Gate Holidays - Coonoor , located a little away from the chaos of the city, is an excellent place to stay in Coonoor . Located near to SIMS park , you can easily manage time to visit the park and nearby sight seeing. Staff provide all support services and arrange excellent breakfast. Roof top garden is amazing .

This stay was relaxing and peaceful amidst my busy scheduled official trip. The morning sun rise balcony view was amazing. The room was comfortable and staffs were friendly. Recommended for peaceful stay

Heavens Gate is a nice property with a great view of the coonoor valley and tea estate on the side. They have great staff who were very helpful. They served great breakfast with some wonderful tea. Only drawback is the non-availability of kitchen except in the morning hours for any quick tea/snacks and Swiggy/zomato don't deliver here although not far from the town. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and we had a great family time. Would highly recommend.
