We stayed there 2 nights. 1.We informed the front desk alter the first night that the AC temperature could not be adjusted and was very noisy. It was freezing cold in the room and setting the AC up do 35 degrees didn't change anything. We were told that a technician would come at 10Am the next day. Nobody came until 2:30pm and upon visiting the technician said that he could not fix it leaving us with an AC that was not working and no solution. 2. The room was not cleaned until 3pm and apparently only because we insisted to have the room clean. 3. There were no towels at the pool. I called the front desk 2 times over a period of 40 minutes and notching was done to bring towels so we went back to our room wet without towels. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel? There are more things to list but overall that's the idea. There isn't enough staff to attend the guests in that place. The manager had nothing to say and didn't offer any compensation. I'm pretty sure she would not stay in the room where AC is stuck to 18 C. I'm pretty sure the next gusts in room 510 will have a similar experience and nothing will be done. The rooms costs 4400 THB at the time and the value was definitely not there for the price. We would not go back.

Good resort
everything's great except there was a weird smell from the pillows and bedsheets like they weren't dried properly. This was the second or third time I stayed at this resort and there was this smell before too.

Relaxation Resort
Enjoyed the pool villa. It is really nice to have staffs serving breakfast in villa. Makes our stay enjoyable and memorable. Having an Amazon Cafe next to the hotel is also quite a treat.

Quelle végétation dans un espace presque hors norme pour un hôtel du centre-ville..Luxe et petit-déjeuner avec du bon pain,croissant et vrai jus d’orange. Café excellent. Et TV 5 pour nous distraire pour somme toute un prix plus que correct
