Inconsistent Charges

Acceptable

This booking was very disappointing. First: The room was messy Second: There were COCKROACHES Third: The bathroom was messy. Fourth: Refund for the deposit took so long even if I was told it was immediately. (I haven’t received it yet while writing this review)

Lack of communication

Before check.in they collect 300php for deposit and refunded when you check out but until now no refund receive and they collect also 75 pesos for electricity water internet/wifi but wla silang binigay na wifi access

DISGUSTING UNIT

The unit was extremely dirty and obviously old. Why can’t they maintain it properly? The bedsheets were itchy and uncomfortable. There were a lot of cockroaches, especially under the bed. We couldn’t even take pictures because it was so disgusting. The WiFi/internet was a scam. During check-in, they told us it wasn’t available because of a “server problem.” Very misleading. The entire unit had a foul smell. All the furniture and appliances were old and outdated. The bathroom door was broken—how can you even take a proper shower like that? The owner/staff were very unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. They required a security deposit, but until now, it has not been returned to me. We were left waiting in the lobby for more than 45 minutes, even though we already had a late check-in and an early check-out. Overall: Absolutely disappointing and not worth the money.

Scam Property

I have booked this property blindly and not able to check the reviews, and guess what? it happened to me as well the scam happening on this property. They charge me 75/night for the utility that’s not included on their post, also 300 pesos security deposit that’s refundable upon check out, that I’m unable to refund. I’ve asked the hotel staff of BSA Twin Tower and this property is not affiliated with them. Be better Agoda in allowing this kind of property posting! Even your customer service is not helpful when I raised my concern!
