La habitación estaba por encima de todo lo que he visto hasta ahora en Filipinas. La gente que trabaja allí es super atenta y siempre servicial. Piscina muy bien, el restaurante bar amenizado con musica en vivo. La verdad es que superó mis expectativas. De seguro un sitio para volver.

Spacious, new, clean
The property is new. The rooms are spacious and clean. Rates are cheap. Food is great. There was even a live band on a Thursday night. I just wish they had slippers and a towel rug, as it was very slippery going out from the shower and with nothing to dry our feet. But I would definitely book again in the future!

Great place to stay but in a not so nice location
I stayed one night at the El Palacio hotel in Cavite. It's an older style resort but spotlessly clean. My room was quite large, air conditioned with TV and internet and it was spotlessly clean. The only thing lacking was a fridge. The hotel also had a Cafe restaurant, which was a blessing because there was nothing else around, so it was about the only place to have a meal. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. By far, the best part of my stay was the staff... They were simply outstanding in every way... They were very welcoming and courteous and also very helpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in Cavite, but if you are going to stay there, then the El Palacio hotel is the absolute best place to stay.

Better to enjoy this hotel on a weekday
The staff is very accommodating but definitely not the same readiness as hotels in Manila. The hairdryer, you need to request it since its not readily available in the room and no face towels. Definitely enjoy their location if its a weekday, since they rent out the area near the pool so its going to be shared with the people celebrating. The good this is its very convenient to commute via bus from PITX.

Great place but with AC concern
Great place for a quick vacation. Staff were nice, helpful and accommodating. Just a concern with the room, it’s a bit big but the AC is just a window type that makes the room took long to get cold especially during summer season it’s as if room doesn’t have an AC. To add, the room doesn’t have fridge.
