The family room is at 4th Floor because the front desk of the hotel is at the 3rd Floor. It is quite a struggle especially on first day with our luggages and had to use stairs.. The staff helped carried my luggage to the 4th floor from the front desk. We needed to ask Kuya Staff too about the smell when we entered the room and he was responsive naman by adding a scent diffuser. The room have 2 double beds and a table with 2 chairs so dining needs adjustment. Stayed for my exam day and it finished around 3PM so we asked for few hours extension with pay. Buying food wasn’t a problem because there are day markets and a lot of convenience stores very near. Shower has warm option which made our mornings a little manageable. Commute was easier because of Grab. Overall, it was a good stay for an affordable price.

The amenities/facility is good with unlimited WIFI, however, the room accommodations is located in the 3rd floor with no elevator. Quite a challenge to those who has a knee problem.

Quite affordable, especially since there are no nearby hotels in the area. The only bad experience was the very slow Wi-Fi — it couldn’t even compete with mobile data. When we checked in, our room didn’t have a rug or toiletries, and there were even leftover shampoo and soap from the previous occupants. Overall, the room was okay given the price, but the service could definitely be improved. It seemed like a lot was missing from our room since we checked in first, but for the other bookings I made on the same day, the rooms were complete.

The room had no tissue; the staff forgot to put any in, lol. Anyway, aside from that, I have no complaints. Will book there again in case there's another power outage.
