the staff is superb with excellent serviced given to my family. the only thing is it located in the mountains where its difficult to get to downtown. but the food, the ambience, the lodging, the staff and the unique nature of the place totally made this stay worth it. my family love the place so much and again I would like to compliment every single staff. their service offered is superb and world class.

A wonderful place
The welcome was excellent, the staff were quick and attentive, and provided great advice on nearby attractions and restaurants. The resort's location is lovely, with temperatures not exceeding 20 degrees Celsius. Overall, the whole family loved it, and we would definitely return.

Amazing escape
Loved staying at LAGÖM. The staff were amazing. It’s an amazing escape from tourist areas allowing you to be totally romantically together in nature. 5 stars. Amazing! Thank you to all staff for making the stay wonderful!

Great place for couples
It’s a bit like a love hotel, kind of Instagrammable, so I wouldn’t recommend going with friends, but it’s a really nice place for couples. The staff, food, and overall look are amazing!
