Monkey Business Bungalows

Situated at the heart of San Juan, Siquijor. The place provides a much needed rest pit from a long day of adventures around the island. Proximity to other establishments is a big plus for us. If you want to stay in a place with privacy and you want that cozy warm feeling of a home, look no further, Monkey Business is THE place to be!

The room was clean. Food was delicious though I hope they'll have more Filipino food choices. My only concern is that they didn't have front desk staff when we checked out before 7am. That thing aside, I still recommend monkey business bungalows

The place was nice. Since there were no available rooms left except for the dormitory, we stayed there for a night. It was a great experience, and the staff were very accommodating. However, what I didn’t like was that the towels and blankets were old and ripped, and the blanket was just a bed cover. Another issue was the cleanliness of the room. I think they should check every corner because it was dusty. On the bright side, the outside area was pleasant and a very good place to hang out.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was nice and new but the rest are a bit older. We stayed in their Suite and word of warning for older folks with mobility issues - their suite involves going up a narrow, thin and steep set of stairs, which was a slight hurdle for my mom who is 78.. but the room was modern and well-designed, though it needs more space to hang clothes and put luggage (a luggage rack and closet/hanger perhaps). Good location in San Juan area of Siquijor (where the action is on the island)

Near beach access. Bed is wide but the design of the room needs more thought in terms of where the power sockets should be (for the water heater) and the comfort room door (very hard to slide, damaged door). Overall pleasant stay still. Also the food and drinks offered in their restaurant are good!
