Value for money and have wide car park area compared to other transient houses. Rooms and beds are enough for family.

A very comfy stayed. Super neat and clean rooms. Beyond expectation.

Very approachable si kuya Henry. Ung room nmn sakto lng basic ang amenities, may sariling banyo, meron din table and chairs and malamig ang aircon, family of 4 lng kami pero ung room kasya pa sa 6 heads.

Very sulit for matipid travellers. They are very accommodating with our request. Unfortunately there’s no free wifi. They have piso wifi. No heater but they have strong flowing water. Toilet flush is not a problem. Over all we have a comfortable stay. Malinis ang room accom. We consider going back here at Henry’s . By the way, parking is not a problem. Thank you Kuya Henry.

Our stay at Jay Henry’s Transient House was truly worth it! Sir Henry himself was very accommodating and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The place is conveniently situated just beside the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The room was spacious enough for our family of 6 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated that cottages were available rent-free for guests to use. A common kitchen and laundry area were provided, which was very convenient especially for families and longer stays. Plus, they also have a sari-sari store within the property for your everyday needs. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a comfortable, affordable, and relaxing place to stay in Pagudpud!
