Overall experience was great. We had a great and relaxing stay; good food, helpful and friendly staffs; huge pool and nice view! We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant while being serenaded by the acoustic singer. However, I just have to express my disappointment with the security guard by the gate. The guard was not pleasant and not welcoming at all. Instead of greeting us or welcoming us, no pleasantries were heard; instead, the guard immediately asked the question where are we going and when I answered we’re going to the hotel, he in turn asked me what am I gonna do in the hotel. I do understand that the question was meant for security, but the way he asked the question was not good at all. It was utterly rude and unfriendly. I hope that would change

Not bad overall. Our first impression was good, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. The room was okay, and we appreciated that it had a bathtub. However, we think a few improvements are needed. The double security lock should be fixed, and adding a bidet near the bathtub area would be very helpful. What we liked about the room was that they provided complimentary slippers and bottled water. The internet connection was good, the Smart TV was a nice addition, the air conditioning was cold, and there was also a dedicated workspace. They also provided a good amount of toiletries, including lotion, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. Room service was also available, which was convenient. The food was okay — not bad, but maybe it was just because we were trying something new. Their other food options might be better. However, we enjoyed the drinks more. Overall, it was good value for money.

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay at Arterra last week. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While there’s still a little room for improvement, we genuinely enjoyed the experience and would definitely consider coming back. 🌴✨

The hotel gave me most of the important things I looked for in a hotel- 1) Reliable steady internet for remote work, 2) Sea view - better than I hoped for. Specatcular sunrise view daily. Others- decent pool and gym. The hours could be better though. Not that I cared- they have a basketball court. No beach, just a rocky coastline.
