But really good location at the VGC mall. Lots of restaurants. Apartment has everything, full kitchen, bath, TV etc....

Great location, good value

Nice location
We had a decent stay overall. The location is convenient, the pool is great and we got some good sleep. However, communication was a bit struggle. The owner or the staff is quite strict with rules yet didn’t respond to our simple request to store baggage for an hour while we grabbed lunch. A bit more responsiveness and flexibility with guest queries would have made it much better.

Pillows and mattress are old. No toilet paper. Furniture’s outdated. The whole condo needs a remodeling.

This picture of this room was not available for us on our check in-out dates. We were moved to another unit which was okay. Nothing to say about it. The bedroom and bathroom was small size

Horrible communication, no work ethic by the property manager
Not only did my room get changed twice while I was waiting in the lobby, the property owner or manager would not answer my phone calls, not directly answer my messages, the lobby locations were hard to find, & no proper signage. I do not recommend this property owner for your stay! They want to get your money with little or no effort on their part. I never even got past the lobby or made it to the room. I requested a cancelation due to their issues, not mine and never got anything back. I Love AGODA and will continue to support them, but not this property owner!
