1. It's decent resort with minimum facility. 2. TV was working without any channels 3. its was bit difficult to operate AC 4. Break fast was good however dinner was terrible, not much options to order separately. 5. Route to Resort is so Narrow two big vehicles cannot pass through together, I have to wait for 45 mins to reach last 1.5 KM to Resort. 6. Water Park - it uses back water which quite dirty, not maintained well and near by schools which makes it crowded and I used only day I was coming back for 15mins. 7. 31st Dec Night nothing special was organized properly, one group mostly hijacked the resort. 8. Amount I paid 38k+ is never even a decent deal for this resort and Agoda. this was first and last trip booked with agoda, 9. for the same type of Room another person booked for 7500RS to the hotel directly once he reached.

Khishkinda is nice resort, with very well mannered staff, very good food, nice a/c huts, children's park water sports and pool. Could also promote secluded pool and should maintain that for better cleanliness.

The property is valued at for money…the cooperation of staff is Awesome… This is the best place if you want to cutoff from world…as the Internet connectivity is very poor…and resort WiFi is also very poor.., The property management can improve in terms of Internet connectivity…so that the value of the property can be improved… In all except Internet connectivity, all are very nice and the Staff cooperation is awesome and I suggest the people should think to visit this place with their own car/ convenience..

Its unique location between rocky mountains with water park facility, staff is very very good, but if your stay requires phone/internet connectivity then this location has no phone and on/off wifi connectivity.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The resort is a little out of Sangpur and 25km from Hampi so having a car or scooter is essential, but it is worth the drive to be surrounded by beautiful rock mountains, nestled in nature with monkeys, langurs and birds around you. The pool was a welcome relief in the heat. There is even a water park attached to the resort you can use so good for families with kids. The food in the restaurant was great. Authentic Indian food at good prices. We ate there everyday and all our meals were generously portioned and very tasty. The Indian breakfast was superb. The staff were helpful and attended to our needs. As other reviews have stated, the rooms are a little tired but for the price and location they are absolutely fine. We requested a room clean mid way through our stay which the hotel undertook to freshen up the room. We would stay here again. It was quirky, peaceful and good value.
