Everyone is really accommodating and cheerful. Also, the hotel itself is super clean and spacious, as well as comfortable and useful for daily activities like working/studying and watching. There’s also GenZ-relatable playlist playing in hallways which sets a light mood in the hotel. Though there are areas where the hotel needs to improve on, such as getting of trays once we are done eating so as not to get dumped in the room. We also suggest having a thicker blanket (a comforter) since the room is air-conditioned. Also, we weren’t able to explore much of its facilities. But overall, we are really satisfied with our stay here in YES Pandi Hotel, and we would always look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

I am now sitting waiting for my breakfast which is late. All three days eggs cold and beans not even warmed up. Had to ask for pepper and salt and butter. Basic staples with breakfast. Everyday needed to ask for coffee,water. Last day here they would. It clean as staff on holiday. Agoda says daily housekeeping. Where is my refund for one day stay here. First day here toilet did not work. Everyday I asked for hot water in shower and no one fixed. This is not customer service at 53 dollars per day. Staff pleasant but get nothing done unless I ask many times. Sadly this is the main hotel here. If ur ok with asking for services advertised, complimentary water and coffee or are ok with cold eggs and room not cleaned on holidays (we were never told they would not clean before we came here). Not user friendly. Stay somewhere else.

I booked for an overnight stay two months prior via Agoda. The room, however, had a defective automation system for the doorbell, etc. Not sure why that room was assigned to us, maybe because I booked it from a promo. (I heard the receptionist calling someone as I was checking in and said the one from Agoda had arrived) I was just a little disappointed considering I booked this two months prior yet they still didn't reserve a perfectly conditioned room for us. It could have just been much more convenient if the doorbell was working because I couldn't tell if a certain noise was someone knocking on my door, especially during breakfast room service, so I had to be on standby and alert for around 30 minutes to wait for breakfast. The room was also not soundproof as I often heard noises like chairs getting dragged, doors slamming, and doorbells ringing in other rooms as well as the housekeeping cart rolling in the hallway. So it was a little hassle for a light sleeper like me. Other than these things, our stay was great. We extended for one more night. All staff, even the guard, were polite and friendly. The kitchen was limited during our stay because of the holiday (only breakfast was served) but the hotel was right beside a supermarket so we didn’t get hungry at all. I will definitely book again when we return to Pandi but hope to get a better room next time even if it’s just from a promo.

Had a great stay at Yes Hotel. Clean rooms, hallway and lobby. Foods are also delicious but medyo pricey lang. Staffs are very accomodating. Overall, I would definitely come back for more staycation

We were there for the SB19 Kickoff Concert. We were somewhat satisfied with our general experience considering we no longer were able to find a hotel that was nearer to the PH Arena. The staff were nice and helped us with most of our requests like extra bed, refill of water, and iron. Location was 30 mins away from the arena but trikes were available. It would have been nice if there was a 24/7 convenience store near the hotel. There were many alfa marts in the area except near the hotel which is ironic. The bathroom also had a pungent smell. Not sure where it’s from. Other than that, the service and the staff made our our overall experience pleasant.
