The best bed and bed bedsheets I've slept in, in the Philippines. Probably better than the ones I have at home. Very quiet. Our room was along the road and we couldn't even hear the loud bikes driving by. AC and fan was available. Complementary items like soap were a higher quality than most hotels.

This place is such a gem. The staff are very nice and the rooms are huge with comfortable and a homey set up. They also serve great food which makes for a home away from home feel in Lumban. I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area.

We booked the riverside suite as part of our Visita Iglesia trip so that we could rest after our 9th church. I was worried at first because the Google Maps pic of the facade of the property wasn't encouraging but I went ahead with the booking because of the 9.2 rating here and the mostly good reviews. Boy, was I surprised! This quaint Bed and Breakfast was a delight. You wouldn't guess that you'll enter a nice B&B after ringing the door bell. We arrived at around 7 PM and was greeted by a very simple door with a door bell. When we rang it and someone let us in, the great experience started. I loved the interiors of the place. It gave you a vintage feel and the property was spacious enough. It had a nice view of the Pagsanjan River and there were chairs were you could just sit and admire the view. Our room was clean, had 2 comfy beds, and a cable TV (don't expect smart TVs). The bathroom was clean. They had only one soap as part of the toiletries (no slippers, shampoo, toothpaste/toothbrush). We asked for an additional soap and they happily gave us one. Since we had a riverside suite, we had a good view of the river. We just stepped out of our room and sat in the chairs that were immediately near our door. There was coffee available 24 hours and their dining area was open for everyone to use (resto closed at 7 pm). In the morning, the breakfast they served was great (2 plated meals were included in our stay). There were also other items in their menu. Prices ranged from 300 to 700. One other thing that stood out was their staff. They had very friendly staff who were always smiling and ready to help. I also loved the pre and post stay messages from the property. It completed the entire experience. Great customer service! Oh. And since the room was for only 2 pax and there were 3 of us. The extra room person charge was 600 that included breakfast. Will stay here again if ever I get the chance to visit this part of Laguna again.
