They had 1 towel for 2 people, don’t expect too much. No free toiletries, plus there was a used soap in the bathroom. Kumot was too small for the both of us. Ok na siya kung wala kang choice but bring essentials

On the website, Agoda said that the if I need an official receipt, I must contact the reception. However, the reception and owner said that they could not issue an official receipt because the booking was made through Agoda. It was simply frustrating.

They are very considerate with our situation. We just booked this room so we can sleep for about 3-5hrs. We didn’t actually consume the whole stay because we need to go home by the afternoon. We are just having our car serviced for the whole day nearby so we booked the room. They allowed us to check in at 10am and we checked out at 3:30pm. As for the room, I now understand why there are only little to no bookings on this place. The place is old, smelled like old building as well. We were only provided towels which we didn’t use so.. Room was very basic for sleeping. Bed, a/c, a table and 2 mismatched chairs. CR has no bidet, not even a small soap. Very old room to be honest for the total price we paid. Bed feels a little dusty. Overall, for the room, wouldn’t stay there again. It is just that we have no choice since it is the closest. Thanks to the staff though and the owner for letting us stay for a few hours.

The listed inclusions on the site, along with the photos, are too good to be true. When we arrived, the WiFi was not working, there was no TV, no toiletries or even tissue, the cabinet was broken, there were no hangers for clothes, a cloth was left in the bathroom, and there were ants everywhere. It would be better if you remove from the inclusion section anything that is not actually provided in the room. Some items need to be purchased in the lobby.
