The Neighbour KKB - Rooms with shared bathroom - Whole unit has 4 rooms

hehe sewa bilik je taw. rumah kedai ni korang akan share dngn orang yg tak dikenali. tapi for me alhamdulillah time tu takde org chckin juga. jadi dia tak kasi lock pintu bawah sbb org lain pun nk masuk. bilik air tandas smua share (luar bilik) dalam bilik ade 3 katil single. vibe dia cam bilik sewa p ramliee tu senang cerita. rumah kedai kan bahagian atas tu dia buat sewa. untuk kita tinggal yg betul ii urusan kerja yg nk bermalam 1 malam ok la. jgn pegi sorang ii. 2-3 org ok laa

Good value for money. The place is well situated near the center of the town. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants around the area. Place is cozy and has all the facilities that makes your stay comfortable such as WiFi, TV, air conditioning, hot water heaters, fridge, washing machine and a dryer.

4 rooms share 2 toilets. Slope stairs not suitable for older adult. Night market make crowd in front of the entrance. In fact, it is not a real homestay.

It is 4 rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in the unit.We had problem with the toilet flush on the first night but owner was fast in repairing it the next day.Friendly old owner .Place is clean and in the centre of a small town.Only problem was weird soft shrieking noises at night.The 3 of us slept though that but it's advisable to bring a Bible/Koran for those who are alone or scared.

Overall everything is good but the noise on the road is very disturbing.
