Afyon Regulus Thermal Apart Hotel & Villas

The villa was big for a family of 5. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The staff was super friendly and nice. But unfortunately, the place's standard of cleanliness is subpar. There were stains on the couches. And the barbecue area was full of garbage. Also, there are no air conditioners, so the villa got very hot during the day. There was no soap in the bathroom. Overall, it was an okay experience.

We had a one night stay travelling with young children from Istanbul to Antalya for a one night stop over. From the moment we walked in up until the night was over we were just waiting for dawn to hit so we can get out as we didn’t want to drive in the dark. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by miserable and moody staff as they have not ever seen foreign people enter the hotel before. It was all full of Turkish residents. Only one person knew English. When I booked I did read reviews and went with them but when we arrived it was a complete different story. IF YOY WANT TO GET ILL BOOK THIS PLACE. THERE WAS NO AC IN THE APARTMENT. ALL ANTS ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND CRAWLING ON THE BEDS. PEOPLE AROUND US WERE LOOKING AT US AS IF WE WERE FROM OUT OF SPACE. MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE. WE GOT BITTEN BY THE MOSQUITOES. DEAD FLIES ON THE BEDS. ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE POOL. EVEN THOUGH THE SLIDES WERE CLOSED DONT GET FOOLED BY LOOKING AT THE PHOTOS ADVERTISED. PARKING WAS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. THE NOISE FROM OUTSIDE WAS THAT LOUD WE DIDNT SLEEP A WINK. ITS VERY VERY FAR FROM THE MAIN CENTRE. ADVICE IF YOU ARE PLANNING A ROAD TRIP FROM ISTANBUL TO ANTALYA STOP OVER AT KUTHAHYA INSTEAD THERES HUMANS THERE 😭
