Planters Punch

I had stayed here for 2 nights 3 days and trust me the property is so awesome and the view from the roomsnis great. Cleanliness is nice in the rooms however the rooms are cleaned only in presence of the visitors. The complimentry BF options are limited (idli,dosa & Pongal) however you can opt for other options as well by paying extra amount for that. Although the property is 30-35 mins away from the main udhagamandalam bus stand it's worth it. We used to come back to hotel before it's dark since the road leading to the hotel is a half highway and half city road which becomes pitch dark. I felt the service was a bit slow and whatever you want to eat you will have to place an order 30mins prior so that it can be prepared. The dining area is abit small with 5-6 tables. I would recommend this hotel to try for once.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff member were very polite, helpful and friendly. The room was neat and room service is good. The property is located in tea estate and room view is amazing. Again we will visit.

Property located little far from the Ooty city. However the location is at a hill station inside a tea plantation which is very neatly built. Individual cottages provides best privacy and the place itself is like a view point. You can just enjoy the scene and the mist while sitting inside the cottage itself. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Food is prepared as per the preorder which is good, but I must say that its not the best. There were few downsides which are there is no TV and WiFi provided at the cottage. Which made spending the night time a bit borring as well as affected the remore working, I hope the management will pay a little more attention to the maintanance and cleaning which is requred. We stayed for 3 nights but cleaning was provided only on the reqest. Also the complimentary water, tea, cofee, and sanitay items are not replenishing. However, despite those some downsided which I noted above comparing to which is usually offered by other similar resorts, we all liked the stay very much. We will defenitely recommend the propety.

We had a great stay at this property. The staff was exceptional, always available and very helpful. The facilities were top-notch. The room size was small okayish and the hot water supply was consistent. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location was decent but not central. The only downside was the food, which could have been better. Because you always have to order it early like a 4 to 5 hours before. But it was justified with the reason they had. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its value for money and excellent service.
