Property seems to be not maintained well, swimming pool was very dirty. There was very limited options in food. The menu was technically useless as they didn’t have anything available from the menu. Overall, it’s okay, property.

Resort is having a great view and but their cleanliness is poor. First day they didn't clean the room and staying for 2 nights the second day also they didn't clean.. we had to call them to clean the room. They didn't change the toiletries. Neither they kept water and was charging for it when it's 1 bottle per person included in their fare. We found there is rat in our room we informed the staff and in the night they came to check for the rat and was like we are full no rooms available. Recommend for couples or family but not with kids.. as their cleanliness is too poor . One more thing their food is too good please check for the expiry date of the cold drinks

The place is good compared to price having multiple amenities like Pool, Bar, Meals etc. The road to resort is not in a good condition. Staff behaviour needs improvement.

Staff are not courteous enough, room facilities are not up to the mark, they don't have a landline connection to contact reception, staff should be well groomed and trained in how to talk and serve customers, 1) From day one we had to constantly go till the reception as the TATA sky was not recharged well in advance, the staff change our set top box atleast twice. Finally we got had to change our room 2) we found Rat shit in our breakfast (upma) same was on the spot brought to the notice of the manager Mr. Pawar. He said he will take action against the staff but after some time it looked like they forgot about the complain and every body stared behaving normally, adding to it he just offered us if we wanted something else but we refused.

Miles to go. Food Quality is not at all worth it. Service has to improve. staff is good to talk but accountability is poor. Manager is great. Grooming of team is required.
