If you're looking for a place to stay in the Ramsgate area then you can't go wrong with a visit to the San Clu. Rooms are clean and have all one would expect from a Boutique style hotel. The rooms are a little dated but the beds are comfortable. One thing to note is no sockets by the beds, so charging electrical devices need to be done on the desk/dresser. Food is lovely at the San Clu, a tad expensive but worth a sample if you're there, particularly the curries! The gym is limited like most hotels of its type but you have ample workout space. Parking is ample either in the rear or the street but be aware if you arrive on a "theatre night" you might have to park a few hundred metres away. It is a good location, 500 mtrs from Ramsgate and about 3.5km from Broadstairs.
