The house is strategically located at the Lake Gardens. You wake up to the sound of birds and monkeys. The road in front of the house is busy making it a bit difficult to drive in and out. Though it has a big yard, it is impossible to sit outside because of many mosquitoes. One of the rooms had ants on the wall that bit my nephew while he was sleeping at night. Other areas of improvement...could do with a bigger fridge, a washing machine would be nice for those staying for a few days. Better towels cos the towels given don't soak water well. Tidy up the garden maybe there'll be less mosquitoes then. The host Vincent was nice, responded fast to queries. Check in and out was easy with self check in.

swimming was bad

The homestay was acceptable in terms of indoor cleanliness, and the rooms were reasonably clean. However, the overall outdoor maintenance was very disappointing. The biggest concern was the swimming pool. The water was dirty, and we even saw rats swimming in the pool. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue, making the pool completely unsafe for guests to use.

Fun Family Vacation

The villa is spacious, clean, and offers great value for the size and amenities provided. The private pool is perfect for family fun and adds a nice touch to the overall experience. While we enjoyed our stay, the facilities could be improved—especially having a bigger fridge for food storage, which would be very helpful for families with young kids

Great location

Check in instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The owner are helpful The place itself was comfortable for group of people . Walking distance to Taiping Lake . So far satisfied and will surely come to visit again.

Awesome!

Very recommended. Suitable for mid size family who want to spend precious moments together. The house and environment are very clean. Myb can add bbq/steamboat equipment in the future. So can makan makan while watching kids swimming in the pool. Very near to tasek and taman in a walking distance. And overall totally satisfied ❤
