I booked this place because I needed a place to stay near SMX for an event I'm attending. While the location is perfect for me, the facilities were lacking. I hope the owner considers looking at the unit again and checking the closet door that almost came off when I opened it to put my clothes in (didn't use it for fear of the door actually falling apart). Also please add a shower curtain and a holder for the shower head so it's not just dangling against the tiles. The electric pot should be replaced because it's a hazard. The handle heats up as well, and I almost burned myself. Also had to buy dishwashing liquid and sponge to clean our used dishes because none were provided. I know I could have asked for these during our stay, but we were only in the unit late in the evening and out early the next day. Aircon and wifi worked well, thankfully. And the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Not entirely a bad deal, but something that could be improved.

Exceptional
There are mosquitoes and house flies inside the condo unit. Beddings and linens seems not properly washed and disinfected. Owner and her assistant are very accommodating and friendly though.

Not well maintained
The sofa is dirty, rusty and itchy, we think it was not cleaned and disinfected well when you remove the foam you can see dirt on the sides same with the dining chair, the aircon is working but it has water leak that falls in to the bed so we were not be able to use the bed fully and need to put container that will catch the water leak. The under the bed is dirty and has a yakult plastic and the television we can only use the youtube though but netflix is not cause the remote is not working when using the netflix and cannot move the curser. The shower is working but the water is weak. Though the unit owner is very accomodating and responded quickly on our inquiry
